Uruk
Emergency |
|
The
Uruk emergency is a small compact mobile R.O. unit designed
to be towed by any 4x4 vehicle. The Uruk's mechanical power
supply comes from a diesel engine while the electric supply
is generated from within the unit. This allows the Uruk emergency
to be deployed & operated in remote areas & without the need
for an external power supply. The power source can also be
replaced with an electric motor or gasoline engine instead.
Water is delivered to the unit by a floating pump to start
the process with a cartridge filter. The water then passes
though an ultraviolet sterilizer and into the R.O. module,
finally arriving at the Activated Carbon block cartridge to
finalize the process. The Uruk is simple to operate and can
purify water within minutes of reaching the desired location.
The standard unit is a seawater version. This is to allow
the Uruk to purify a large variety of water source qualities.
It can also be supplied to operate as a brakish water unit.
The trailer can easily travel at speeds of up to 160km/hr
on road and up to 30km/hr in rough terrain.
